Working Principle

The LGZ operates under PLC control with programmable recipes, monitoring every stage of feeding, primary filtration, washing, fine filtration, and discharge. Level control ensures accurate feeding; during separation and washing, the bowl follows the process curve under variable-frequency drive with a continuously adjustable separation factor; during discharge, the scraper peels the cake layer by layer under pneumatic or hydraulic actuation and ejects it through the bottom opening. A non-contact braking system eliminates mechanical friction dust, while optional CIP clean-in-place and SIP sterilize-in-place systems support pharmaceutical production validation.
